Service scope and deliverables are as described above and confirmed in writing at the start of each engagement. We will not charge for work outside the agreed scope without your prior written consent.
3. Engagement and Acceptance
- An engagement begins when you confirm your intention to proceed (by email, form submission, or verbal confirmation) and we have confirmed availability.
- For services requiring payment in advance (Next Step Review and Supplier and Cost Review), the engagement is confirmed upon receipt of payment.
- For the Progress Partnership, the engagement is confirmed in writing and the first month's fee is due before the first session.
- We reserve the right to decline any engagement at our discretion, particularly where we believe a conflict of interest exists or where we are not able to serve the client's needs adequately.
4. Fees and Payment
- All fees are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Payment is accepted by bank transfer (FPX), online banking, or such other methods as we confirm in writing.
- For the Next Step Review and Supplier and Cost Review: full payment is due before the first session.
- For the Progress Partnership: fees are invoiced monthly, due within seven (7) days of invoice date. Continued access to sessions and support is subject to timely payment.
- Overdue invoices (beyond 14 days) may result in a pause of services until the outstanding amount is settled. We will communicate with you directly before taking this step.
- We do not charge interest on overdue amounts, but we reserve the right to do so at the statutory rate if an account remains unpaid beyond 30 days.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
- Rescheduling a session: You may reschedule any booked session with at least 48 hours' notice at no charge. Requests received with less than 48 hours' notice may be treated as a used session, at our discretion.
- Cancellation before service begins: If you cancel before any session has taken place, we will refund the amount paid in full, less a RM 50 administrative fee.
- Cancellation after service has begun (Next Step Review / Supplier and Cost Review): No refund is available once a session has been delivered. The written output remains yours to keep.
- Early termination of the Progress Partnership: You may end the arrangement at any time with 30 days' written notice. Fees already paid for the current month are non-refundable. No exit penalty applies.
- Our right to cancel: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a session, we will offer you an alternative date as soon as practicable. If no suitable date can be agreed, a pro-rata refund will be provided.
6. Confidentiality
- We treat all information shared during an engagement as strictly confidential. We will not disclose your business details, financial information, or personal data to any third party without your written consent, except where required by law.
- You may ask us to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) prior to engagement. We are happy to do so.
- We may use anonymised, non-identifiable information about engagement types and outcomes for our own service improvement purposes.
7. Nature of Our Advice
- Our services are advisory in nature. We provide information, perspectives, and suggestions based on the details you share with us. All business decisions remain yours to make.
- Our advice is not a substitute for legal, accounting, tax, or financial planning advice from licensed professionals. We will indicate when a matter falls outside our scope and suggest appropriate referrals.
- We do not make representations about the commercial outcomes that may follow from acting on our advice. Business results depend on many factors, including market conditions and your own operational decisions.

- To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, Maju Teguh's total liability for any claim arising from a consulting engagement is limited to the fees you paid for that specific engagement.
- We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or economic losses, including lost revenue, loss of contracts, or damage to business reputation.
- Nothing in these terms excludes liability for gross negligence, fraud, or any matter that cannot be excluded under the laws of Malaysia.

12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If material changes are made, we will update the date at the top of this page. Engagements in progress will be governed by the terms in effect when the engagement was confirmed, unless both parties agree to updated terms in writing.
