What kinds of businesses do you typically work with?
Mostly owner-operated small businesses across Selangor and greater Kuala Lumpur — retail shops, service providers, small trading companies, and professional practices. If you run the business day-to-day and have between 2 and 30 staff, our services are likely a reasonable fit.
Do I need to prepare anything before a session?
Nothing formal is required. Some owners find it helpful to jot down the specific concern or decision on their mind, but even an informal conversation is fine as a starting point. We guide the discussion from there.
How soon can I expect a response after I get in touch?
We aim to respond to all enquiries within one working day. If you reach out on a Friday afternoon or over a public holiday, you will hear from us on the next working morning.
Are sessions held in person or online?
Both are available. In-person sessions can be held at our Puchong office or at a mutually convenient location in Selangor. Video calls via Google Meet or Zoom work equally well for owners who prefer the flexibility.
What is the difference between the Cost Review and the Progress Partnership?
The Supplier & Cost Review is a focused, time-limited engagement (four weeks) addressing a specific area: your costs and supplier terms. The Progress Partnership is an ongoing twelve-month arrangement covering a broader range of business matters and includes regular check-ins throughout the year.
Is what I share kept confidential?
Yes. Information you share about your business, finances, or operations is treated with care and is not discussed with third parties. This expectation is reflected in the written agreement we provide at the start of each engagement.
