RM 350 · One session + follow-up note

A calm session to consider the step your business is contemplating, weighing what it might mean in practical terms. We lay out the considerations evenly and leave the decision with you, supported by a short written overview. Suited to owners pausing before a change.

This service is most useful when you have a specific decision in front of you — a new location, a staffing change, a shift in product range, a pricing adjustment — and want to think it through with someone who can help structure the considerations without steering the outcome.

How the engagement runs

Suited to owners who feel that costs are creeping upward and want an outside perspective on whether their current arrangements are working as well as they might — without the disruption of a major overhaul.

What you receive

  • Two advisory sessions (in person or video)

Progress Partnership

RM 1,570 / month · Twelve-month arrangement

A twelve-month arrangement for owners who value steady accompaniment. We set achievable milestones, review them regularly, and adapt as circumstances move. Includes monthly meetings, quarterly summaries, and reachable support between sessions.

This is not a coaching programme or a management consultancy retainer. It is an ongoing advisory relationship — a consistent presence that keeps your business thinking current and gives you somewhere to bring questions as they arise throughout the year.

Standards that apply to every engagement

Confidentiality agreement

A written confidentiality statement is provided at the start of every engagement, covering all information shared.

Scope defined in writing

The scope of work and fee are confirmed in a brief written agreement before any engagement begins.

PDPA-compliant data handling

Client information is stored and handled in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010.

Rescheduling without penalty

If you need to reschedule a session, we accommodate that without additional fees provided reasonable notice is given.

Invoice provided for all fees

A proper invoice is issued for every payment, suitable for business accounting records.

Bilingual sessions available

Sessions can be conducted in English, Bahasa Malaysia, or a mixture of both, at the client's preference.
